Electrical & Mechanical Fit Out

Solace was appointed by Cast Interiors to provide an electrical and mechanical fit out at 30 Golden Square. The contract included the upgrade of existing CAT A demise to CAT B fit out. Works included all new small power to the demise including installation of surge protection to local distribution boards, underfloor busbars, workstation power, power for audio visual installation, 2no. Tea points including water heaters, waste pumps & leak detection. Alterations to existing lighting arrangement and installation of new feature lighting throughout. The existing VRF system was altered to suit the new layout, and an additional FCU was installed. New domestic water system has bene installed to serve 2no. Tea points which house, water heaters, waste pumps, Zip taps, 2no. dish washers & coffee machine.

All works were completed within programme and budget, whilst causing the minimum amount of disruption to residents possible.
