Domestic Water Services & Above Ground Drainage

During the 23-storey CAT-A fit-out project, Solace was hired to install all public health services for the washroom fit-out contractor. This included hot, cold, and grey water supplies, drainage services, thermal insulation, and heat maintenance tape.

Our responsibilities included receiving new supplies from the base build contractor at the riser and then extending these supplies to the various sanitary appliances throughout the floor plan. Additionally, we were tasked with maintaining water quality throughout the project, from the testing phase to completion. All testing was overseen and approved by the client to ensure a successful result.
