Apprenticeships at Solace:
Our dedicated apprenticeship programme supports trainees in full-time earning positions, as they train right
through to their NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
We pair up Apprentices with experienced senior mentors in the business who have years of experience in the industry, to guide and teach them as they progress through the scheme. This set up ensures our senior mentors impart their skills and experience onto the next generation of our workforce and that we mitigate the effects of the skills gap that we are currently experiencing in the industry.
