Electrical & Mechanical Fit Out

Solace was appointed by Cast Interiors to provide an electrical and mechanical fit out at 52 Grosvenor Gardens. The contract included the strip out of the existing outdated fit out, and upgrade to mechanical, domestic water systems, electrical, fire alarm & data services throughout two demises on the 8^th floor. Works included all new small power to the demise including installation of surge protection to local distribution boards, workstation power fed via floor boxes, power for audio visual installation, two tea points including water heaters and waste pumps. All new lighting has been installed with new linear fittings throughout open plan office space and feature lighting to demised tea points. The existing VRF system was altered to suit the new layout, and an additional FCU was installed. New domestic water system has been installed to serve two tea points which house, water heaters, waste pumps, two dish washers & coffee machine.

All works were completed within programme and budget, whilst causing the minimum amount of disruption to residents possible.
