Comprehensive Electrical Upgrade

Devonshire House underwent an extensive list of enhancements, including in-flat radiator upgrades, a comprehensive LV Upgrade spanning from the main head to lateral mains and final subcircuits within communal spaces, lighting upgrades, installation of a new centralised boosted cold-water system, implementation of a sprinkler system, revamping of the fire alarm system, and incorporation of a UPS safety system. Throughout these renovations, all flats remained occupied, and meticulous planning was employed to minimize disruptions for residents, ensuring a smooth execution of this large-scale building revamp particularly for required shutdowns.

Solace has spearheaded this project, crafting comprehensive designs across all areas to bring the building into compliance for our principal contractor, Axis Europe, and their client, Westminster City Council. This collaborative effort ensures that the building now meets regulations and will remain safe for years to come.
