Full CAT A & CAT B Fit out

This fit-out is currently taking place in an occupied building across two wings of a large floor plate located opposite Reading station. Initially this project was stripped back to slab/shell & core to allow for a comprehensive floor plate overhaul for a new client with our principal contractor CBRE. Solace have taken the design package from Stage 3 & have been able to value engineer this project, in doing so, driving the budget down & allowing money to be reallocated in other spaces in the project.

The scope includes a variety of elements such as Full electrical re-vamp including distribution networks & high-spec lighting, HVRF system with internal FCU’s, Capital plant replacement, Plumbing, BMS system overhaul, Data, Fire Alarm & Access Control.
