Swan Court M&E Fit-Out in Wimbledon

Solace was appointed to carry out a comprehensive CAT B fit-out for a commercial office in Wimbledon, tailored to the needs of new tenants. The project involved significant upgrades to both mechanical and electrical systems to align with the client’s specific requirements.

Key aspects of the fit-out included:

• Feature Lighting Installation: Supplied and installed bespoke feature lighting in meeting rooms, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
• Power and Data Installation: Installed multiple power outlets and data points to support the new desk configuration, allowing flexibility for future changes.
• Comms Room Setup: Built a fully equipped communications room, complete with a comms rack, power, and lighting, to support the building’s IT infrastructure.
• Teapoint Power Installation: Installed power for the new teapoint, including outlets and connections for refrigeration.
• Additional Power Outlets: Fitted additional sockets and data points across the office for printer locations, cleaning equipment, and phone booths.
• Ductwork Modifications: Made adjustments to the ductwork, including the addition of a grille, to ensure proper airflow to the newly created meeting room.

The project was delivered on time, fulfilling all client requirements and resulting in a modern, fully functional office space ready for occupancy.
