Reflect, Regroup, Resume – The Solace Growth Journey Continues Into 2025!

As we step into the new year, we are taking a moment to reflect on the incredible achievements of 2024, a year of tremendous growth for Solace, both internally and externally.

We’re proud to share that we successfully completed over 268 small works projects, each valued up to £100k, as well as 17 projects valued between £100k and £1m, and 6 largescale projects each valued between £1m and £3m.

Key highlights included:

• Celebrating employee birthdays by giving each staff member the day off
• Providing all employees with private healthcare
• Raising over £30k at our charity golf day
• Donating more than £20k to our clients’ chosen charities
• Appointing two new Directors to our board
• Expanding our service offerings with the addition of pipe-freezing and hot-tapping
• Launching our new refreshed website
• Hosting a very successful CBRE Partner event
• Donating Christmas gifts to the Salvation Army for children in need
• Hiring 8 new team members to strengthen our workforce

Wrapping up the year last month, our team took time to celebrate at the Darts World Championships event, where we enjoyed hospitality and a well-deserved treat. It was a fantastic opportunity to unwind, reflect on our accomplishments, and embrace the festive spirit.
