Solace was appointed to improve the efficiency of a district heating system that served 85 flats across three residential blocks in the Southeast London area. After reviewing the client’s stage 4 design, our team noticed several elements that would have provided limited improvements at the cost of major disruption to the residents. Therefore, we created a reworked system design and project program to minimize disruption while still providing significant efficiency improvements.

Our engineers also identified and fixed several historical issues across the site, demonstrating the pride Solace takes in our installations throughout the chain.
