Mechanical & Electrical Services upgrade

This contract included the upgrade of the LV distribution, lighting, small power, containment, access control, fire alarm, red care system, public health, ventilation, air-conditioning and BMS systems, to the Seclusion unit all services had to be compliant with anti-ligature standards.
