The Solace team recently worked with longstanding client – Cast Interiors, to deliver a high-quality Cat A commercial fit-out, at Thames Wharf Studios, London.

Once an industrial oil facility, this iconic riverside commercial workspace has been transformed into a modern and dynamic office environment.

Our teams successfully completed;

• Small Power Installations ⚡
• Power circuit installations for cleaners grommets at low level tea/kitchen points.
• Circuits to all mechanical equipment including AHU, extract fans and FCUs.
• Lighting Installations 💡
• LED linear lighting to all open areas, controlled via local PIRS.
• Pendant feature lighting installations.
• Recessed downlights installed within toilets.
• LED strip lighting installations at kitchen/tea points.
• Key switches installed for EMG function testing.
• Public Health Installations 🚿
• Supply and installation (+ alterations to existing pipework) of;
• Shower set with wall mounted and handheld heads.
• Basin and Pedestals with basin mono mixer taps.
• Compact concealed cisterns with flush plates.
