Project Competion – Stratford IQL

Works at our Stratford contract are coming to a conclusion with minor snagging and witnessing works ongoing. We have been involved with this project at the International Quarter since March 2023 in the delivery of the full public health package within all toilet cores over 23 floors including the large basement and ground floor reception areas.

The phased and staggered programme has been supported throughout by our teams and they have done a fabulous job to ensure the quality is of the highest standards and consistent throughout. All whilst maintaining positive working relationships with the client and all 3rd party trade contractors.

Our contract works included all above ground drainage installations, domestic hot and cold water services, trace heating and thermal insulation. All services have been fully installed, tested and commissioned by our in-house team of engineers and skilled operatives.
